Sending back products
The buyer has 14 days time to terminate his purchase and can return the new produkt in same condition as we have shipped it. Retour sending by means of a courier service is always on costs and for risk of the purchaser. You must take contact by telephone, e-mail before sending the product back. Shipping policy
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Poseidon Diving Team bvba will make every effort to deliver on time.
However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment.
When your order is shipped you will be sent E-mail confirmation which includes a number used to trace your package.
For Belgium there are 2 sending options:
1. With Insurance: The complete amount of the order is paid back. After research and agreed of "De Post"
2.Without insurance: In accordance with the CMR conditions, approximately € 10 by kilogram. After research and agreed of "De Post"
For the other countries they have always sending with insurance
